This month, we continue to discuss how to integrate video into your lead management process. One of the best ways to continue to build rapport with your customers is by sending them a quick thank you video right after a phone call. It’s a great way to put a face to a name, continue to build upon the rapport, and also highlight the vehicle you just got done discussing over the phone. It’s especially important when it comes to pre-owned inventory and out-of-state customers, because it alleviates all of their concerns and builds transparency around the vehicle in question.

When it comes to showroom ops, a great way to stay top of mind is by sending a thank you video, re-highlighting some of the key features you discussed, but also setting the tone for the sales journey and letting the customer know the next steps in the process, whether that be starting the deal from their home or office through digital retailing or setting up a follow-up appointment.

In either case, video brings the deal to life and allows for an expedited sales journey.
