Our Onboarding Process

Initial Training: 

We schedule a 1-hour training webinar with your store’s management team to get them acquainted with SnapCell and the various new possibilities that are now available to them. We go over product usage, reporting, dashboards, autoresponders & social integrations.

Then we schedule as many 30-min webinars as it takes to get your sales, service & BDC departments set up and comfortable using the mobile video app.

Unlike our competitors we do not charge for any of this — We believe that setting you up for success is part of our responsibility to you, not an upsell add-on.

Early-Stage Follow-up Calls:

We know that the trickiest part of adding any new software to the processes at your dealership are the first 3 months. This is where staff need to become comforable using the software, work out any kinks, and build new daily routines.

We decide in advance who will be the main point of contact at your dealership, and schedule bi-weekly followup calls with them for the first three months to review progress and share advice.

But our job isn’t done — Leaderboards and encouraging push notifications within the SnapCell app keep your team engaged, and with our live chat support we endeavour to answer all support enquires during business hours within 5 minutes. 

We are happy to book training calls to help setup new staff and have monthly check-ins with management to review progress.

Also — Our software is always improving, and we are continually innovating to remain automotive’s most advanced video platform. Whenever new features become available they are rolled out to all of our customers, including your dealership.
